Yes — you can build your own campaigns, but that requires upgrading to a plan not shown on this page. Both Starter and Core come pre-configured with every feature unlocked except workflow editing, which is where campaigns are built.

We lock that feature intentionally. The entire automation system is built on hundreds of interdependent workflows. Changing one setting can break the whole thing.

If you want to build or modify your own campaigns, upgrade Starter → Growth ($249/mo) or Core → Pro ($349/mo). Both unlock workflow editing and include 3 seats. Extra seats are $50/mo each.

Alternatively, we can build new campaigns for you if you provide the content or request the concept. We'd quote you on the request before moving forward.

During onboarding, we collect the information needed to register your account for A2P 10DLC verification. This typically takes about 7 days, and we handle the entire process for you.

Note: You will need to acquire a domain (URL) and a professional email address that matches that domain. Don't worry — there's nothing to figure out. We'll guide you through every step during our live onboarding call.

The Starter Package (the cheaper one) is primarily for handling marketing (new leads, aged leads, past clients, etc).

It doesn't include any of the LOS components like the lender matching, lender organization, borrower applications, the additional piplelines, stages and automations for borrower who are applying or in the processing phases. Additionally, this version does not include an integration with our custom built LOS software. .

The Core Package includes everything in the Starter Package plus all the missing features listed above.

If you're unsure, choose the Core Package for now and you can always upgrade later.

Note: We do have two additional upgrades to each of these packages for $50 more per month that unlocks the workflow feature within the system where campaigns and complex automations are created and managed. You can't select these options from this page, but you can upgrade to either of those packages at any time, including during your initial onboarding.

No. Because of our custom third-party integrations, Ampd Works runs inside our GoHighLevel environment.

That said, we can port your phone number (in most cases) and import your current contacts. You also get 60 days of extra support and customization to help recreate your current setup inside our account.

Yes. We can help with the import and automatically route those contacts into the right follow-up campaigns based on their type, source, and where they are in your pipeline.

Unlimited. Every plan includes 3 user seats, and you can add more at $50/mo each. You can also share login credentials across your team if you don't need to track individual user activity.

If you need to monitor what a specific person is doing, give them their own seat. If someone is just assisting another user, logging in as that user is often the simpler route.

For the most part, no. Every pipeline, campaign, and feature is designed specifically for private money borrowers — from new leads to active deals to past clients.

You can store any contact in the CRM, but there are no pre-built campaigns or workflows for other borrower types.

If you have contacts to import, we'll either collect that information from you by email or on a separately booked call to ensure everything is done to your liking.
